About

Sue Wilner began working at the Preschool in the summer camp session and now is a lead teacher in our toddler classroom. She has experience working as a special educator in an elementary and middle school’s inclusive classroom and resource room. Her three children are Billy Dalwin Preschool alumni and Sue served on the Preschool’s Board of Directors while they were preschoolers.

Sue says, “My favorite part of the day is in the morning as each kid arrives with a big smile and ready to experience their day, watching them with eyes wide open and ready to learn and explore.”

Sue says, “My favorite picture book is Sandra Boynton’s Going to Bed Book. It was the book my family read right before bed time when my kids were little. And everyone in my family knows it by heart, so it brings back so many happy memories!”

Sue has a dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Simmons College and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Fitchburg State University.

Sue is MA EEC Director I certified.
