About

Tova Weinronk is a proud BDPS graduate. She began working at Camp Kaytana in 2013 and joined the BDPS teaching team in 2016 as a toddler teacher in the T’layim room. In 2017, she began working as one of Temple Emunah’s treasured Synagogue Educators while continuing to spend time in the classroom and Keshet Club each week. She has been lucky to work with many BDPS teachers and age groups. Tova is currently the Young Family Engagement Coordinator and Synagogue Educator at Temple Emunah. She works with families with young children and K-12th graders at Temple Emunah (many of whom are BDPS alumni!) in the religious school and youth program.

Tova leads Shabbat Sing at the Preschool on Friday mornings and partakes in weekly Torah Time with the Pilonim and Dubim classes. Tova loves welcoming Shabbat with the BDPS community. Each week she looks forward to running into imaginary “mystery” animals on her way to shul, baking pretend challah, and singing with the school. Tova’s favorite children’s book isThe Mitten by Jan Brett. She loves The Mitten for its illustrations, the image of how cozy and warm the animals are inside, the clue on each page which lets the reader guess which new animal will join the rest, and how there is always room for one more!

Tova holds a B.S. from UMass Amherst, where she completed a double major in Public Health and Sociology, a minor in Psychology, and a certificate in Civic Engagement and Public Service.
